摘要
针对传统的美术用的铝颜料价格高,以及着色性能差的问题,运用化学接枝法和原位共聚法制备两种水性铝颜料,并运用表征手段和色差对其性能进行测试分析。结果表明,采用以上;两种方法得到的美术颜料都表现出良好的性能,其中采用化学接枝法得到的美术壁画颜料表现出很强的耐酸碱度,而采用原位共聚法制备的颜料,在着色度方面,有很大的提高。
Traditional Aluminum pigments have high price and poor coloring performance.Chemical grafting method and in-situ copolymerization method are used to prepare two kinds of water-based aluminum pigments,and characterization means and chromatic aberration are used to test and analyze the performance.The results show that the artistic pigments obtained by the above two methods show good performance,among which the artistic mural coatings obtained by chemical grafting method show strong acid and alkali resistance,while the coatings prepared by in-situ copolymerization method have greatly improved in terms of coloring.
