摘要
装配式建筑需要在施工现场对预制混凝土板材进行部分浇筑和拼装,这种施工方法会出现很多拼接缝,需要填入专用密封胶起到有效的防水密封作用。因此,装配式建筑的接缝用密封胶对于装配式建筑外墙的防水密封有着很重要的作用。本文结合装配式建筑用基材特点和密封胶标准要求,分析了外墙接缝用密封胶的粘接、永久变形、模量和位移能力等的性能要求,得出密封胶应选用25LM级别及以上低模量、有配套底涂料、粘接力强、耐候性和耐污染性好的硅酮或硅烷改性类密封胶的结论。
Prefabricated buildings need to be partially poured and assembled on the construction site of precast concrete plates,in which there are a lot of splicing joints.Special sealant needs to be filled to play an effective waterproof sealing role.Therefore,the sealant used for the joints of the prefabricated building has a very important role in the waterproof sealing of the prefabricated building out walls.Combining with the characteristics of prefabricated building base material and sealant standards,the performance requirements,such as bonding,permanent deformation,modulus,displacement capacity and others,for out wall joints sealant are analyzed.Thus the silicone or silane modified sealant with a low modulus of 25LM level or above,subsidiary base coating,strong adhesion,good weather resistance and pollution resistance should be selected.
