摘要
水环境问题是国内外最为常见的环境问题之一,水环境问题中最为严重的就是水污染问题。自我国开始发展工业以来,水污染问题就愈加突出,特别是我国部分极度缺水地区,水质和水量都遭到严重破坏。与此同时我国存在着城乡二元结构,更加重视城市水污染的治理,忽视了农村水污染的防治,由此我国当前水污染越来越严重。但目前在乡村振兴大背景下,如何预防和治理水污染已经成为了一个大家都需要关心的问题。本文通过分析我国农村水环境污染的现状、分析水环境污染现状的成因,进一步提出完善我国农村水环境污染防治法律制度,促进其完善。
Water environment problem is one of the most common environmental problems at home and abroad,and the most serious one is water pollution.Since China began to develop industry,the problem of water pollution has become more and more prominent,especially in some areas with extreme water shortage,and the water quality and quantity have been more seriously damaged.At the same time,there is an urban-rural dual structure in China,and more attention is paid to the treatment of urban water pollution while ignoring the prevention and control of rural water pollution.Therefore,China's current water pollution is more and more serious.However,in the context of rural revitalization,how to prevent and control water pollution has become a problem that everyone needs to be concerned about.This paper analyzes the current situation of water environmental pollution in rural China and the causes of the current situation of water environmental pollution,and further proposes to improve the legal system of water environmental pollution prevention in rural China to promote its perfection.
