摘要
中国共产党的十九届六中全会首次明确提出了“建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”的重大战略议题。永葆马克思主义政党的优秀品质,坚定捍卫人民民主专政,高度重视执政能力建设,持续提升制度治党水平,理顺和规范党政关系,坚持党要管党、全面从严治党和勇于善于自我革命,是建设长期执政的马克思主义政党的宝贵历史经验。中国共产党是一个注重继承式发展和守正式创新的现代政党。坚守马克思主义政党的本质属性,切实增强党的执政体系的有效性和正当性,持续提升党的建设创新举措的回应性和调适性,是新时代建设长期执政的马克思主义政党的战略路径。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the major strategic issue of"building up a long-term ruling Marxist party".for the first time.The valuable historical experiences for the construction of such a party include the maintainance of the very best characteristics of a Marxist party,firm defence for the people's democratic power,attachment of great importance to the establishment of governance capabilities,continuous improvement of the level of governing the party by the system,straightening out and standardization of the relationship between the party and the government,and insistence that the party must supervise its own conduct,enforce strict discipline,and be self-revolutionary.The Communist Party of China is a modern political party that emphasizes inherited development and formal innovation.The strategic path for building a long-term ruling Marxist party in the new era is adhering to the essential attributes of a Marxist party,effectively enhancing the effectiveness and legitimacy of the party's governing system,and continuously improving the responsiveness and adaptability of innovative measures for party construction.
