摘要
【目的】探讨基于联合媒介平台的量化经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)功能锻炼操在PICC置管患者中的应用效果。【方法】选择于本院接受PICC置管的86例患者,用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组予以常规功能锻炼干预,观察组给予基于联合媒介平台的量化PICC功能锻炼操干预。干预后,评估两组干预效果,比较两组干预前后自我管理能力、知信行水平、并发症发生情况。【结果】干预3个月后,观察组自我管理能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知、态度、行为评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】临床在给予肿瘤化疗治疗PICC置管患者的干预中,采用基于联合媒介平台的量化PICC功能锻炼操能够有效提高患者的自我管理能力和知信行水平,降低并发症的发生率,在临床中具有借鉴意义。
【Objective】To explore the application effect of quantitative peripheral inserted central catheters(PICC)functional exercise based on joint media platform in patients with PICC catheterization.【Methods】A total of 86 patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given routine functional exercise intervention,and the observation group was given quantitative PICC functional exercise intervention based on joint media platform.After the intervention,the intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the self-management ability,knowledge,belief and practice level and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.【Results】After 3 months of intervention,the self-management ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of cognition,attitude and behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In the clinical intervention of tumor chemotherapy for patients with PICC catheterization,quantitative PICC functional exercise based on joint media platform can effectively improve patients'self-management ability,knowledge,belief and practice level,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has reference significance in clinical practice.
