摘要 从原料、催化剂、生产工艺三个方面叙述了国内外第二代生物柴油技术的现状,重点阐述了第二代生物柴油生产工艺,即固定床工艺和悬浮床工艺。通过对比和分析,总结了目前固定床工艺存在的问题,并指出了第二代生物柴油的发展趋势:悬浮床工艺原料适应性广、催化剂成本低、生产过程灵活可控,将成为未来生物燃料技术的发展方向。 The status of the second generation biodiesel technology at home and abroad was described from three aspects of raw material,catalysts and production process,and the production technology of the second generation biodiesel of fixed bed process and suspended bed process was discussed emphatically.Through comparison and analysis,the problems existed in the current fixed bed process were summarized,and the development trend of the second generation biodiesel was pointed out.The suspended bed process has wide adaptability of raw materials,low catalyst cost and flexible and controllable production process,which will become the development direction of biofuel technology in the future.
