基于燃烧机理对克劳斯工艺燃烧参数的优化

摘要 含H2S气田开采量占我国天然气开采量的60%,大型气田一般采用克劳斯硫磺回收工艺处理天然气中分离出来的酸性气。结合以往研究,通过分析简化,建立了完整的H_(2)S燃烧机理与克劳斯工艺流程模拟模块,进一步将模拟结果与某气田实际运行参数进行了对比,并对实炉运行参数进行了优化。研究发现,当过量空气系数为0.93、焚烧炉温为1273 K、冷却水温为500 K时,硫磺回收率可达到最优。将该优化结果应用于实炉,硫磺回收率达到97.54%,比原始工况提升了1.5%。 The production of gas fields containing H_(2)S accounts for 60%of China's natural gas production,Claus sulfur recovery process is generally used to treat acidic gas separated from natural gas in large gas fields.Combined with previous studies,through analysis and simplification,a complete H_(2)S combustion mechanism and a Claus process simulation module were established.The simulation results were further compared with actual operation parameters of a gas field,and the actual operation parameters were optimized.The results show that when the excess air coefficient is 0.93,the incineration temperature is 1273 K and the cooling water temperature is 500 K,the sulfur recovery rate can reach the best.Applying the optimization results to the actual production,the sulfur recovery rate reaches 97.54%,that is 1.5%higher than the original condition.
