摘要
针对传统风光储重视经济型、鲁棒性,轻视风电光伏环境效益的现状,提出了计及环境效益的风光储联合规划,同时兼顾风光储的环境效益与经济效益。通过设置环境效益因子,较好地凸显了风光储的环境效益。创新性地加入储能最大功率小于最大容量约束,增加了收敛性。
In view of the current situation of traditional wind-solar-storage that emphasizes economy,robustness while neglecting the environmental benefits of wind power and photovoltaics,a wind-solar-storage jointing plan considering environmental benefits is proposed,considering both the environmental and economic benefits of wind-solar-storage.By setting environmental benefit factors,the environmental benefits of wind and solar storage are well highlighted.Innovatively add the constraint that the maximum power of energy storage is less than the maximum capacity,which increases the convergence.
