摘要
针对风光出力的不确定性,在日前、日内、实时多个时间尺度下,通过对需求侧可中断负荷和分布式电源的灵活调度,提出了一种适用于各典型运行优化场景的多时间尺度、多优化目标的多阶段协调优化策略。经过仿真验证,所提的主动配电网多时间尺度优化调度方法能有效平抑可再生能源出力不确定性对配电网的影响,缓解分布式电源对配电网带来的电压越限、线路过载等问题。
In view of the uncertainty of wind and solar output,under multiple time scales of day-ahead,day-to-day,and real-time,through flexible scheduling of demand-side interruptible loads and distributed power sources,a multi-stage coordinated optimization strategy with multiple time scales and multiple optimization objectives suitable for various typical operation optimization scenarios is proposed.Simu-lation results show that the proposed multi time scale optimal scheduling method for active distribution network can effectively suppress the impact of renewable energy output uncertainty on distribution network,and alleviate the problems of voltage out of limit and line overload caused by distributed generation.
