摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在肋骨细微骨折诊断中的应用效果,并分析其优势和特点。方法:选择我院2019年10月至2020年12月肋骨细微骨折患者64例研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用X线平片检查,观察组采取多层螺旋CT检测,分析两组在肋骨细微骨折诊断中的检出率和诊断结果。结果:相比对照组,观察组的检出率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组的诊断准确率明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组的确诊时间明显缩短,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组漏诊率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组误诊率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT是临床检测肋骨骨折的重要方式之一,和常规X线片相比诊断准确率更高,且能够缩短确诊时间,更好指导临床诊疗,提高诊疗能力和水平。
Objective:To explore the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib microfractures,and to analyze its advantages and characteristics.Methods:64 patients with microscopic rib fractures in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases each.The control group was examined by plain X-ray film,and the observation group was examined by multi-layer spiral.CT detection,analysis of the detection rate and diagnosis results of the two groups in the diagnosis of microscopic rib fractures.Results:Compared with the control group,the detection rate of the observation group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the diagnosis accuracy rate of the observation group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the diagnosis time of the observation group was significantly shorter,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the missed diagnosis rate of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT is one of the important methods for clinical detection of rib fractures.Compared with conventional X-rays,the diagnostic accuracy is higher,and it can shorten the diagnosis time,better guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve the diagnosis and treatment ability and level.
