摘要
湖泊碳循环是整个生态系统碳循环的重要组成部分,研究洪泽湖碳循环对于揭示区域甚至全球碳循环具有重要意义。为揭示近百年来洪泽湖有机碳含量的垂直分布特征及影响因素,采集了洪泽湖不同湖区柱状沉积物样品,进行总有机碳和总氮的测定,并用碳氮比值对沉积物的有机碳来源进行区分。结果表明:近百年来,洪泽湖沉积物有机碳含量总体呈现出随深度增加而减小的趋势,各湖区柱样沉积物有机碳的平均含量为0.69%~0.91%,其中西北部徐洪河入口区平均有机碳含量最高;从有机碳的来源来看,主要以内源有机质为主,而外源的贡献相对较小;从影响因素来看,有机碳含量主要与有机碳矿化程度、叶绿素a浓度、温度以及人类活动(如人口数量)有关。
Lake carbon cycle is an important part of the whole ecosystem carbon cycle.The study on Hongze Lake s carbon cycle is of great significance to revealing the regional and even global carbon cycle.In order to reveal the vertical variation characteristics of organic carbon content in Hongze Lake in recent 100 years and its influencing factors,columnar sediment samples from different spots of Hongze Lake were selected for the determination of Total Organic Carbon(TOC)and Total Nitrogen(TN),and the carbon nitrogen ratio was used to distinguish the source of organic carbon in sediments.The results showed that the content of organic carbon in sediments of Hongze Lake decreased with the increase of depth in recent 100 years.The average organic carbon content in the columnar sediments in the lake area ranged from 0.69%to 0.91%,and the average organic matter content in the entrance area of Xuhonghe River in the northwest was the highest.The source of organic carbon was mainly the endogenous organic matter,while the contribution of exogenous organic matter was relatively small.The main factors affecting the organic carbon content were the degree of organic carbon mineralization,chlorophyll a concentration,temperature and human activities(such as population).
