摘要 为打破我国铁路货运各业务系统板块间的信息壁垒,解决手工作业和纸质票据传递的痛点,迫切需要对铁路货运实施票据电子化。通过梳理票据类型、作业流程,从采集数据、存储数据、构建一体化作业系统与建立一体化规章等方面设计货运票据电子化总体架构,提出票车绑定与解绑、双中心架构、铁路局集团公司缓存等关键技术,实施铁路货运票据电子化。通过业务整合与系统优化,实现铁路内部生产信息的电子化流转与货运数据的全程共享。货运票据电子化的实施可为铁路货运改革提供坚实保障。 In order to break the information barriers between various business systems of railway freight transport in China,solve the pain points during manual processing and paper waybills transfer,it is urgent to implement e-waybills for railway freight transport.By analyzing the types and operation processes of bills,the overall structure of e-waybills is designed from the aspects of collecting data,storing data,building an integrated work system and establishing integrated regulations,etc.,and key technologies such as binding and unbinding of tickets and cars,double-centered architecture and cache of CR regional railway administration groups are put forward to design and implement e-waybills in China.Through business integration and system optimization,independent discipline-specific information systems are interconnected to realize the electronic flow of railway internal production information and the overall sharing of freight data.The implementation of ewaybills can consistently support the railway freight reform.
