抗撞结构桩基承载能力的撞击头部设计方法

摘要 为从动态冲击试验中获取毁灭性碰撞时准确的特征参数,考虑动态冲击试验中台车撞击头对试验结果的影响,参考反求凸轮轮廓的设计思想,提出了根据立柱倒伏的路径反求撞击头轮廓的设计方法。此外,成功将台车撞击埋入硬黏土中的单柱有限元仿真模型校准为台车动态冲击试验,并利用校准后的有限元仿真模型对反求出的撞击头轮廓进行仿真分析,验证了反求出的撞击头能够反映桩基真实的承载能力。 Here,to obtain accurate characteristic parameters during destructive impact from dynamic impact tests,considering effects of trolley impact head on test results in dynamic impact tests,and referring to the design idea of reverse seeking cam contour,a design method of reverse seeking impact head contour according to the path of column lodging was proposed.In addition,the single column finite element simulation model of trolley impact embedded in hard clay was successfully calibrated as trolley dynamic impact tests,and the calibrated finite element simulation model was used to do simulation analysis for the impact head contour reversely sought.It was verified that the impact head reversely sought can reflect the actual load-bearing capacity of pile foundation.
