摘要
新中国成立以来,我国医疗质量管理与控制体系从无到有、从有到精、从精到强,逐步科学化、规范化、精细化。在体系不断完善、工作机制日益成熟、医疗质量安全基线情况逐步清晰的基础上,我国医疗质量管理与控制工作模式开始进入新的阶段,从“以指标制订、数据收集、反馈为主”逐步转变为“以精确数据为基础的质量改进模式”,将进一步推动医疗量持续改进,保障医疗质量安全。
Since the founding of new China,China’s medical quality and safety management systemhas been developed with refinement and strength,gradually came scientific,standardizedand refined.Based on the continuous improvement of the system,the increasingly mature working mechanism,and the gradually clear baseline of medical quality and safety,the working mode of medical quality management and control in China has entered a new stage,gradually changing from“focusing on indicator formulation,data collection,and feedback”to“quality improvement mode based on accurate data”.It will further help to promote the continuous improvement of medical quantity and ensure the quality and safety of medical treatment.
