摘要
目的研究基于国家医疗保障疾病诊断相关分组(CHS-DRG)的医疗服务效果评价,分析目前医疗服务存在的问题,从而有针对性完善和改进。方法对黑龙江省哈尔滨市60家医疗机构2018年1月—2019年7月的病案首页数据及金保结算数据,运用CHS-DRG哈尔滨V3.0版本分组器对关联入组病例的相关信息进行分组测算,运用数理统计方法汇总分析。结果明确不同医疗机构MDC(主要诊断分类)、CMI(疾病组合指数)、时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数等指标的差异,进而明确不同医疗机构之间的医疗服务差异,从而有针对性的进行改善。结论目前,黑龙江省CHS-DRG付费模式推广有利于医院的精细化管理,根据客观数据指标更能明确医疗服务的问题所在,旨在全面提高医疗服务质量,推动医院精细化管理的进程。
Objective To study the evaluation of the medical service effect based on the national CHS-DRG,and analyze the problems,and improve and perfect the evaluation effect.Methods The grouping device of CHS-DRG Harbin V3.0 was used to measure and calculate the related information associated with the enrolled cases of 60 hospitals in Harbin from January 2019 to July 2019,and the mathematical statistics was used to summarize and analyze.Results It cleared the difference of MDC,CMI,time consumption index and cost consumption index of different medical institutions,and then clear the difference of medical services between different medical institutions,so as to make targeted improvement.Conclusion At present,the CHS-DRG payment mode is instrumental in the fine management of the hospital.According to the objective data indicators,the problems of medical services can be more clearly identified,aiming at comprehensively improving the quality of medical services and promoting the process of fine management of hospitals.
