摘要
“大类招生、分流培养”是新形势下高等教育改革的大趋势。本研究基于实验教学的“四维度”设计原则,从农业专业的专业特点和人才培养特色出发,构建了大类招生模式下适合农学类专业的“一主多辅”实验教学体系,包括一体化设计、模块化运行的“四阶段”课程主线和以“四类项目”开展的多元化课外辅助支线,并提出了相应的“四方面”保障措施。该项研究可为涉农高校培养以“四具备”(厚基础、宽口径、强能力,高素质)为目标的复合应用型农业人才提供支撑,也可为其他院校大类招生培养中实验教学的设计与实施提供参考。
The mode of“Large-categories enrollment and classified cultivation”is the general trend of higher education reform under the new situation.In this study,the experimental teaching system of“One main line and multiple secondary projects”is constructed for agriculture-related majors under the large-categories enrollment mode,by together considering agricultural majors characteristics and personnel cultivation features,and based on the“4 dimensionalities”design principles of experimental teaching.This system is comprised of an integrated design and modular runtime main line for serial courses at 4 stages,and a diversified extracurricular branch by implemented 4 types of projects,and also presents the corresponding guarantee conditions and practices from 4 aspects.This study can provide supports for agriculture-related universities to cultivate the cross-disciplinary and practical personnel characterized by“4 possessed”(i.e.thick foundation,multi-content,excellent ability and high quality),and can also provide reference for other types of universities to design and implement experimental teaching under the large-categories enrollment mode.
