新工科背景下地方高校实验教学平台建设路径 被引量:29

摘要 实验教学平台是地方高校高水平应用型人才培养的重要载体。为适应新工科背景下人才培养需求,深入剖析新工科建设背景下,地方高校应用型人才培养面临的新挑战,针对硬件建设落后、平台有效利用率较低、人员管理机制待完善等问题,提出服务地方、产学结合的实验平台建设定位;立足学校特色,打造高水平实验平台;加大投入,建立实验平台保障机制。这些措施为培养高水平应用型人才的实验教学平台建设提供了有效路径。 The experimental teaching platform is an important carrier for the cultivation of high-level applied talents in local colleges and universities.In order to meet the needs of talent cultivation under the background of new engineering,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of new challenges to the cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities,and issues related to the construction of new engineering,such as backward facility construction,low effective untilization rate of the platform,and deficient personnel management mechanisms.This paper also proposes the following solutions:experimental platform construction should be oriented to the purposes of serving local development and combining production with learning,the high-level experimental platform should be built based on university features,and a necessary increase of investments and establishment of safeguard mechanisms must be ensured.These measures provide an effective path for the construction of an experimental teaching platform for cultivating high-level applied talents.
