强脉冲光在烧伤后增生性瘢痕中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨强脉冲光在烧伤后增生性瘢痕中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年4月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院收治的66例烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组33例。对照组患者采用压力疗法联合硅酮凝胶治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用强脉冲光治疗,对比两组患者瘢痕评分、疼痛程度、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组(t=3.051、3.028,P=0.003、0.004),临床疗效明显优于对照组(Z=-2.117,P=0.034);治疗过程中,观察组患者不良反应发生情况与对照组无明显差异(χ^(2)=0.569,P=0.451)。结论在压力疗法与硅酮凝胶治疗的基础上,给予烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者强脉冲光治疗,可有效提高瘢痕改善效果,减轻患者疼痛等临床症状,且不会增加不良反应发生率。 Objective To study the efficacy of intense pulsed light in the treatment of post-burn hypertrophic scars.Methods 66 patients with post-burn hypertrophic scars,admitted to 988th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from March 2019 to April 2020,were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33)using random number table.Patients in control group were treated with pressure therapy combined with silicone gel,whereas patients in observation group were treated with intense pulsed light in addition to the treatments performed in control group.Pain degree,scar score,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score in observation group were significantly lower than control group(t=3.051 and 3.028,P=0.003 and 0.004),and the clinical efficacy was significantly better than control group(Z=-2.117,P=0.034).During the course of treatment,no significant difference was observed in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.569,P=0.451).Conclusion Besides pressure therapy and silicone gel,the combined application of intense pulsed light in the treatment of patients with post-burn hypertrophic scars can improve scar alleviation and relieve patients’pain,without increasing incidence of adverse reactions.
