摘要
【目的】为明确昆虫性信息素与不同颜色诱虫板组合对水稻二化螟成虫的诱集效果,筛选和验证确定适宜水稻二化螟诱集监测的优选材料,为虫情监控及其应用开发提供参考依据。【方法】在2021年水稻越冬代二化螟成虫发生期,应用性信息素与4种不同色板组合开展成虫诱集监测对比试验,筛选确定最佳的诱集材料组合。【结果】性信息素与降解黄板、嫩绿色板、降解绿板、降解蓝板的4种组合对二化螟的各指标诱量无显著差异(P>0.05),但在10%显著水平下,嫩绿色板组合对越冬代二化螟的日均诱蛾量、见蛾后单次诱蛾量、累诱蛾量指标与其他3种组合均有显著差异(P<0.10),最高单次诱蛾量指标与降解黄板组合有显著差异(P<0.10),各指标中,嫩绿色板组合对二化螟的绝对诱量最高,其始见蛾早,高峰期诱蛾量最大,诱蛾峰型及蛾峰最明显,在各监测时期的平均诱蛾量,极显著高于其他3种色板组合(P<0.01),对天敌和有益昆虫诱杀量最低,对非靶标害虫诱量较低,总体效果最佳,明显优于其他3种色板组合。【结论】生产上可优先选择性信息素与嫩绿色板组合用于水稻二化螟成虫种群发生动态监测和精准防控。
[Objective]This study is conducted to characterize the role of trapping efficacy of the combinations of sex pheromone and different sticky colored cards on Chilo suppressalis adults,screen and validae the attractive effects of excellent schemes in Chilo suppressalis adults,and also provide a reference for pest monitoring as well as its application development.[Method]The comparison experiments of the trapping effects of the combinations of sex pheromone and four different sticky colored cards on the over-wintering generation of Chilo suppressalis were conducted at 2021.[Result]There was no significant difference in four combinations of sex pheromone with degradable yellow,green and blue cards as well as peak green cards(P>0.05),but the average daily moth amount,single moth amount and total moth amount of the peak green card combination were high than three other combinations at P<0.10,of which its maximum single moth amount had significant difference from that of the yellow card combination(P<0.10).Among all indexes,the peak green card combination had the highest absolute moth amount than others,and also had more other advantages,such as attracting moth earlier,and distinct trapped moth peak,showing its average moth trapping amount in each monitoring period was significantly higher than that of three other colored palette combinations(P<0.01),with small influences on the neutral insects and beneficial insects.So,its amount of attracting non-target pests was low,and the overall effect was the best,showing the peak green card combination was obviously better than three other colored palette combinations.[Conclusion]The experimental results showed that the combination of sex pheromone with peak green cards was preferred for the monitorin g and integrated control of Chilo suppressalis in practical production.
