基于数字激光测量的全线路等效锥度管理方法 被引量:1

摘要 等效锥度是评价轮轨关系的重要指标,其数值与轨道车辆的动力学性能有着密切关联。研究表明,轮轨型面、轮径差、轨底坡、轨距或轮对内侧距对等效锥度影响较大,因此准确测量这些轮轨参数非常重要。为了进行全线路等效锥度管理,采用便携式等效锥度仪、通过式车轮踏面测量系统等激光测量技术测量整列车车轮踏面,或采用车轮旋修机床测量数据,建立车轮踏面样本数据库;采用车载轨检系统对全线路轨廓进行测量,建立轨廓数据库。采用等效锥度快速分析处理系统对轮轨型面样本库数据进行交叉匹配,得到整列车所有车轮与全线路轨廓匹配的等效锥度,进而判断轮轨匹配锥度过大是因线路轨面磨耗还是车轮踏面磨耗引起,可对车轮旋修和钢轨打磨提供合理的指导意见,为进一步实现铁路计划修向状态修转变提供可靠支撑。 Equivalent conicity is an important index to evaluate the wheel rail relationship,and its value is closely related to the dynamic performance of rail vehicles.Research shows that the wheel-rail profile,the wheel diameter difference,rail cant,rail gauge or wheelset back-back distance have a greater impact on equivalent conicity,so it is very important to measure these parameters accurately.In order to manage the equivalent conicity of the whole line,the laser measurement technology such as portable equivalent conicity measuring instrument and passing type wheel tread measurement system is used to measure the wheel tread of the whole train,or the data measured on wheel lathe is to establish the wheel tread sample database.The track profile database is established by measuring the track profile of the whole line with on-board track measurement system.By using the rapid analysis system of equivalent conicity,the data of wheel rail profile sample library are cross matched,and the equivalent conicity of all wheels of the train matching with the whole track profile is obtained.Then it can be judged whether the excessive matching conicity is caused by the wear of track surface or wheel tread.It can provide reasonable guidance for wheel turning and rail grinding,and further provide reliable support for the transformation from planned maintenance to state overhaul.
