摘要
考虑到碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)复合材料中碳纤维取向的重要性和复杂性,利用Moldflow仿真分析软件对拉伸性能测试标准试样的最佳浇口位置进行了分析,将其作为方案一,将根据经验选择的实际注塑浇口位置作为方案二,对二者的注塑充填过程和碳纤维取向模拟分析结果进行对比,验证设计方案的可行性,预测可能出现的缺陷,并得出CF/PEEK复合材料注塑成型件中碳纤维的取向规律。最后,通过实验验证了碳纤维排布规律模拟分析结果的正确性,这将为优化注塑浇口位置,提高成型件质量,降低成本提供理论指导。
Considering the importance and complexity of carbon fiber orientation in carbon fiber(CF)/polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)composites,the optimal gate position of tensile property test standard sample was analyzed by using Moldflow simulation analysis software as scheme 1 and the actual injection gate position selected according to experience as scheme 2.The injection filling process and carbon fiber orientation simulation analysis results of the two were compared.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified,the possible defects were predicted,and the orientation law of carbon fiber in CF/PEEK composite injection molded parts was obtained.Finally,the correctness of the simulation analysis results of carbon fiber layout law was verified by experiments,which could provide theoretical guidance for optimizing the position of injection gate,improving the quality of molded parts and reducing the cost.
