摘要
采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行加速老化试验,研究玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料(GFRP)在NaCl溶液中的吸湿特性和老化规律。通过称重和弯曲试验测试GFRP老化后的质量变化和弯曲强度,并对GFRP老化后的表面和弯曲破坏断面进行形貌观察,探究NaCl溶液对GFRP老化性能的影响方式。结果表明,GFRP在不同浓度溶液中的吸湿速率和弯曲强度下降速率都是初期快后期平缓,饱和吸湿率及弯曲强度的下降率都随NaCl溶液浓度的增高而降低,老化后试验件表面出现黄色腐蚀层,弯曲破坏呈现脆型特征。在老化35 d后,水、5%、10%、15%NaCl溶液中的GFRP弯曲强度保持率分别为48.64%、50.00%、51.94%、54.65%。
The accelerated ageing test with various concentrations of sodium chloride(NaCl)solutions was used to study the moisture absorption characteristics and ageing behaviors of glass fibre reinforced polymer(GFRP).The moisture weight gain and flexural strength of GFRP were measured,and the surface morphology and failure section of GFRP specimen were observed to explore the influence of NaCl solution on the ageing features of GFRP.The results show that the moisture weight gain speed and flexural strength decline rate of GFRP in various NaCl solutions are rapid in the initial stage and smooth in the later stage.The saturated moisture absorption rate and the flexural strength decline rate both decrease with the increase of the concentration of NaCl solution.A yellow corrosion layer appears near the specimen surface after ageing,and flexural failure presents brittle fracture characteristics.After 35 days ageing,the flexural strength retention rates of GFRP in deionized water,5%,10%,15%NaCl solutions are 48.64%,50.00%,51.94%,54.65%,respectively.
