流式细胞术检测金花茶水提物作用于T淋巴细胞亚群实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 流式细胞技术是医学分子与细胞生物学研究领域中重要的检测技术之一。根据流式细胞仪检测教学与科研工作的要求,该文设计了一个应用流式细胞术测定金花茶水提物作用功效的综合类实验项目。通过该实验可以使学生掌握体外细胞扩增和培养技术,以及使用普通倒置显微镜观察评估不同浓度的金花茶水提物对人外周血T淋巴细胞的刺激增殖功效,同时学会采用流式细胞术检测和分析金花茶水提取物是否具有活化T淋巴细胞作用的技术方法,有助于学生更好地理解和掌握流式细胞术的基本原理和实际应用。 Flow cytometry is one of the important detection techniques in the field of medical molecular and cell biology research. According to the requirements of teaching and scientific research of flow cytometry, a comprehensive experimental project is designed to evaluate the effect of the aqueous extract of Camellia chrysantha by flow cytometry.Through this experiment, students can master the technology of cell culture and expansion in vitro, as well as observe and evaluate the effect of stimulated proliferation of different concentrations of the aqueous extract of Camellia chrysantha on human peripheral blood T lymphocytes under the ordinary inverted microscope, and learn to use flow cytometry to detect and analyze whether the aqueous extract of Camellia chrysantha has the function of activating T lymphocytes. These processes are helpful for students to better understand and master the basic principles and practical application of flow cytometry.
