摘要 首创并持续14年研究社区学习共同体以来,社区学习共同体培育实践逐步深入,社区学习共同体的理论架构初步建立,社区学习共同体培育的成效已经显现。8000个学共体遍布杭州城乡,历史文化名城杭州,因社区学习共同体所形成的学习文化而更显其独特韵味。社区学习共同体不同于一般的学习组织,培育学共体的基本原则是支持而不包办、扶持而不控制、助推而不实行目标管理、养护而不拔苗助长。社区学习共同体能让生活更幸福、生命更精彩、城市更美好。 The project that the neighborhood-based learning community has been initiated and continued to study for 14 years.As the practice of the neighborhood-based learning community has been gradually deepened,the theoretical framework of the neighborhood-based learning community has been preliminarily established.The effect of the neighborhood-based learning community has been shown that there are 8000 neighborhood-based learning communities in Hangzhou.The neighborhood-based learning community is different from general learning organizations.The basic principles of cultivating the neighborhood-based are help,support,boost and cultivation,not overtaking,controlling,implementing target management and uprooting.The neighborhood-based learning community makes life happier,more exciting and city more beautiful.
