摘要
以碳球(CS)为核,采用“grafting from”法制备了碳球@聚丙烯酸(CS@PAA);再以其为掺杂剂制备了碳球@聚丙烯酸掺杂聚苯胺(CS@PAA/PANI),并通过FTIR、UV-Vis、SEM、XPS及电导率等对CS@PAA/PANI进行结构和性能表征。结果表明,引入掺杂剂CS@PAA后,可以得到球状和纤维状的聚苯胺,电导率从2.2 S·cm^(-1)提升到7.6 S·cm^(-1)。CS@PAA/PANI具有可控的形貌,在导电油墨、光伏器件、印刷电子、传感器等领域有潜在的应用。
Using carbon spherical(CS)as a core,we prepared carbon spherical@polyacrylic acid(CS@PAA)by the"grafting from"method.Moreover,we prepared CS@PAA/PANI by using CS@PAA as a dopant,and characterized its structure and property by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR),UV-visible(UV-Vis),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and conductivity analysis.The results show the spherical and fibrous polyaniline can be obtained after introduction of dopant CS@PAA,and the conductivity increases from 2.2 S·cm^(-1) to 7.6 S·cm^(-1).CS@PAA/PANI has controllable morphology and has potential applications in the fields of conductive ink,photovoltaic devices,printed electronics,sensors,and so on.
