摘要
针对国内现行有效的动物检疫疫病名录以及OIE的相关名录进行比较,分析各名录间的差异,为我国制定科学合理的动物检疫疫病名录和动物疫病防控提供参考。本研究对《中华人民共和国进境动物检疫疫病名录》、《一、二、三类动物疫病病种名录》、《OIE手册名录》、《OIE法典名录》和《OIE法定报告动物疫病名录》进行了比较研究,结果显示,各名录中动物疫病的分类方式、数量和种类都是不一样的,其中我国的《中华人民共和国进境动物检疫疫病名录》疫病数量最多,但其分类方式与OIE名录有所不同,说明各动物疫病名录具有不同的适用范围,均具有科学性。
This study was to comparatively analyze the existing effective lists of animal quarantine diseases in China and the OIE related lists, and to offer scientific basis for formulating a scientific and reasonable animal quarantine disease list and for developing prevention and control tactics. The list of Entry Animal Quarantine Diseases of the People’s Republic of China, the List of Animal Epidemics of Classes Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, the OIE Manual, the OIE Code and the OIE Statutory Reported Animal List were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the classification, quantity and species of animal diseases in each directory are different. Among them, the list of Entry Animal Quarantine Diseases of the People’s Republic of China has the largest number, but its classification is different from that of the OIE List. The comparison suggests that each animal diseases list has a different and specific scope of application, but all the lists are of their scientific basis.
