摘要
高质量发展是当前各行各业谋求发展的总基调。文章通过阐明基于新发展理念的档案工作高质量发展内涵,进一步介绍当前高校档案机构所处的时代背景,通过对现状及常见问题的分析,提出解决问题并实现高质量发展的思路。文章以笔者所在学校为例,一方面积极分享顺应档案工作高质量发展要求作出的有益探索,另一方面也促使档案工作人员不断审视高质量发展过程中存在的问题,全方位、多角度地展开思考,创造性地为实现档案工作高质量发展提供切实可行之策。
High-quality development is the general keynote of the current development of all walks of life.The paper clarifies the connotation of the high-quality development of archival work based on the new development concept,further introduces the current background of university archives agencies,analyzes the status quo and common problems,and proposes ideas for solving the problems and achieving high-quality development.Taking the author's school as an example,this paper,on the one hand,actively shares the useful explorations made in compliance with the requirements of high-quality development of archival work.On the other hand,it also urges archivists to continuously view the problems in the process of high-quality development,think in all directions and from multiple angles,and then creatively provide practical and feasible strategies for achieving high-quality development of archival work.
