摘要
贫困大学生成长中的一个最关键问题就是经济困难导致其很多想法难于实现,而大学的主要功能就是教书育人,而育人的功能则与学生管理及教学工作紧密相关.通过从大学生资助、学生管理及教学育人等方面存在的缺憾入手,分析造成这些缺憾的原因,从而探究对贫困大学生的多维度资助及精准帮扶的手段、方法对学生的帮扶和励志育人的效果.并结合三全育人方针,采用成果导向式的人才培养模式以提升学生的综合能力.通过多年的帮扶效果来定量分析,评价它们在大学生成长中的效果,并对其中可能的影响因素进行分析,找出了实现帮扶及人才培养育人的最优途径.
The key problem of impoverished college students is the financial difficulty in achieving their goals,while the main functions of higher education institutions are to impart knowledge and to cultivate people,therefore the educational effect is closely associated with the student management and teaching work.In this paper,the discounts of financial aid,student management and teaching work were analyzed for student cultivation,the means of multi-dimensional precise aid and OBE cultivation were explored to improve students'comprehensive abilities.According to the quantitative analysis of comprehensive effect on the student cultivation,the optimal method was found to achieve significant association of precise aid and personal cultivation.
