摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从生命体验角度分析滑雪运动审美价值。滑雪运动生命体验是人在生存、实践、超越这几种基本活动样式形成的生命活动之链上活动的一种方式,呈现出对身体、心理、精神的整体促进。滑雪生命体验与审美价值表现在:力与势的美强健筋骨,激活人的自然生命活力;节奏美充盈心性,拓宽人的社会生命内涵;意象美观照精神,提升人的精神生命境界。
Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,the paper analyzes the aesthetic value of skiing from the perspective of experience of life.Skiing experience is one of the ways of the life activity in the chain formed by people in the basic activities such as survival,practice and transcendence,which can promote the development of body,psychology and spirit as a whole.The experience and value of skiing is embodied in the following aspects:The beauty of force and movements strengthens muscles and bones and activates the natural vitality of humans.The beauty of rhythm fills the heart and expands the connotation of social life.The beauty of image reflects the spirit and improves realm of the spirit.
