摘要
目的分析口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡临床治疗效果的影响。方法从我院2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的口腔溃疡患者中选择82例为研究对象。通过随机抽样法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。所有患者均接受口腔溃疡治疗,对照组患者辅助常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上将口腔护理与饮食干预措施联合应用。分析不同措施对临床治疗效果产生的影响。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、恢复进食时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组躯体健康评分、心理健康评分以及口腔疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的上述各项评分均改善,且观察组患者的改善幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为口腔溃疡患者提供口腔护理与饮食干预,可明显提高治疗效果,并改善患者的症状,有利于患者预后效果提升。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of oral nursing combined with diet intervention on the clinical treatment of oral ulcer.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,82 cases of oral ulcer were selected as the study object.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random sampling.There were 41 patients in both groups.All patients were treated with oral ulcer.The patients in the control group were assisted with routine nursing measures.The observation group was combined with oral nursing and diet intervention measures on the basis of the control group.To analyze the effect of different measures on clinical treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment for children in the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain disappearance time,oral ulcer healing time,and eating time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the physical health score,mental health score,and oral pain score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the above-mentioned scores were improved,and the improvement range of patients in the observation group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing oral care and diet intervention for patients with oral ulcer can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,improve the symptoms of patients,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
