摘要
选用FP2200S和DA1010两种阻燃剂,研究了TPE/FR复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能、热降解行为、燃烧行为和残炭形貌。实验结果表明,添加了质量分数为30%的DA1010阻燃剂时,阻燃TPE的LOI值为26.0%,达到垂直燃烧V-0级,综合性能较好。热重分析测试表明,DA1010的加入,改变了TPE材料的热降解过程,材料的热稳定性和残炭量最高,锥形量热测试表明,DA1010阻燃剂的加入能显著降低TPE的热释放速率(HRR)、热释放总量(THR)。扫描电镜(SEM)测试表明,与FP2200S相比,加入DA1010阻燃剂,炭层更加致密,TPE材料具有更加优异的阻燃性能。
Two kinds of flame retardants,FP2200 S and DA1010,were used to study the flame retardant properties,mechanical properties,thermal degradation behavior,combustion behavior and carbon residual morphology of TPE/FR composites.The experimental results showed that when mass fraction 30%DA1010 flame retardant was added,the LOI value of flame retardant TPE was 26.0%,the 1.6 mm spline reached UL-94 V-0 grade,and the comprehensive performance was good.The thermogravimetric analysis showed that the addition of DA1010 changed the thermal degradation process of TPE material,and the thermal stability and carbon residue of the material were the highest.The cone calorimetry showed that the addition of DA1010 could significantly reduce the heat release rate(HRR),total heat release rate(THR).Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)tests showed that,compared with FP2200 S,after adding DA1010,the carbon layer was more compact,and the TPE material had better flame retardant performance.
