摘要
基于制备液相色谱法,开发与优化了卡前列甲酯的分离纯化工艺,制备得到高纯度卡前列甲酯样品。通过考察流动相的组成、流速等对分离效果的影响,确定制备型高效液相色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇-水75∶25(体积比),流速为200mL·min^(-1)。结果显示,在该工艺条件下制备的卡前列甲酯纯度达到98%以上。
The development and optimization of separation and purification methods for high purity carboprost methylate were performed based on preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.The separation condition was investigated from mobile phase composition and flow rate,finally the conditions were determined as follows:mobile phase of methol-water(75∶25),flow rate 200 mL·min^(-1).The results showed that the purity of carboprost methylate was higher than 98%.
