摘要
乙烯焦油作为乙烯生产过程中的一种主要副产品,其深加工利用研究得到越来越多的重视。通过对乙烯焦油多段加氢处理增产轻质芳烃技术进行研究与分析,从工艺流程优化、节能降耗等角度提出了优化方案,并对该技术的经济性指标进行了初步分析。结果显示:乙烯焦油加氢技术作为副产深加工和芳烃原料多样化的一项技术具有较好的经济性,具备良好的工业应用前景。
As a major by-product of ethylene production,ethylene tar has been paid more and more attention to the research of its deep processing and utilization.The production technology of light aromatics by ethylene tar multi-stage processing was studied and analyzed,the optimization scheme was proposed from the perspective of process optimization and energy saving,and the economic indexes of the technology were analyzed.The results showed that ethylene tar hydrogenation technology as a by-product deep processing and aromatic feedstock diversification technology had good economic performance and industrial application prospects.
