摘要
调查陕西子午岭国家级自然保护区昆虫多样性,探讨保护区昆虫群落分布与样地之间关系。2019年6月—8月在保护区选取桦树沟(HSG)、石灰沟(SHG)、八面窑(BMY)和陈家河(CJH)4块样地,采用马氏网法收集昆虫标本,根据调查数据分析不同样地昆虫群落特征指数,并计算相似性系数。结果表明,共采集昆虫标本109428头,隶属16目,其中双翅目和膜翅目为优势类群,占标本总量的77%,弹尾目、鞘翅目和半翅目为常见类群,占总标本数量的21%;多样性指数特征值:BMY>HSG>CJH>SHG,优势度指数特征值:BMY>CJH>HSG>SHG,均匀度指数特征值:BMY>SHG>HSH>CJH。在时间序列上,不同样地的多样性指数与均匀度指数变化趋势图一致,而优势度指数与均匀度指数变化趋势图刚好相反;BMY与其他3块样地的相似性系数均为中等相似,而HSG与SHG、CJH的相似性系数为极相似。海拔、植被和坡向等因素使子午岭不同生境昆虫分布差异较大。
In order to investigate the insect diversity of the Ziwuling National Nature Reserve of Shaanxi and explore the relationship between the distribution of insect communities and sample plots in the area,from June to August 2019,4 sample plots were selected(Huashugou,Shihuigou,Bamianyao and Chenjiahe)in Shaanxi Ziwuling National Nature Reserve.By using Malaise trap method,the insect specimens were collected.Based on the survey data,the characteristic index of insect communities in different sample plots was analyzed and the similarity coefficient was calculated.The result showed that a total of 109428 collected inset specimens belonged to 16 orders,of which Diptera and Hymenoptera were the dominant groups,accounting for 77%of the total number of specimens,and Collembola,Coleoptera and Hemioptera were common groups,accounting for 21%of the total number of specimens.In the four sample plots,the characteristic value of diversity index in descending order is Bamianyao,Huashugou,Chenjiahe and Shihuigou;the characteristic value of dominance index in descending order is Bamianyao,Chenjiahe,Huashugou and Shihuigou;the characteristic value of evenness index in descending order is Bamianyao,Shihuigou,Huashugou and Chenjiahe.In the time sequence,the trend of diversity index and evenness index is consistent,while the trend of dominance index and evenness index is opposite.The similarity coefficients of Bamianyao with the other 3 plots are all moderately similar,while the similarity coefficients of Huashugou,Shihuigou and Chenjiahe are extremely similar.As a conclusion,the insect distribution of Ziwuling varies in different habitats because of altitude,vegetation and slope direction.
