基于精细化有限元承插型埋地管道受力性能对比研究

摘要 对比分析了采用承插型柔性接口连接的刚性混凝土管道和柔性HDPE管道的受力性能。结果表明:重力作用下,两种管材的回填变形均与其所在的地基基础保持变形协调,且管节所受应力均小于0.2 MPa,符合安全使用要求且有较大安全储备;车辆荷载作用下,管道的受力与变形均显著增大;HDPE管道在变形与受力方面具有更好的适应性、稳定性。 In this paper,the mechanical properties of rigid concrete pipe and flexible HDPE pipe connected by socket flexible interface are compared and analyzed.The results show that under the action of gravity,the backfilling deformation of both pipes keeps coordination with the deformation of the foundation where they are located,and the stresses on the pipes are less than 0.2 MPa,which meets the requirements of safe use and has a large safety reserve.Under vehicle load,the stress and deformation of pipeline significantly increase.HDPE pipe has better adaptability and stability in deformation and stress.
