摘要
依托深圳地铁12号线宝安客运中心站轨顶风道施工项目,为了解决城市轨道交通车站轨顶风道结构施工与相连区间盾构施工电瓶车过站同步进行相互干扰的问题,结合工程实际施工,通过采取门型移动支撑体系施工技术,对其平台制作、行走系统处理、模板支架搭设等关键工序进行全面介绍,实现了城市轨道交通车站轨顶风道项目优质高效完工。
Taking the construction project of rail-top air duct at Baoan Passenger Transport Center Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 as background,the purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of mutual interference between the construction of rail-top air duct structure of urban rail transit station and the passing of battery trucks during shield tunneling in the connecting section.In combination with the actual construction of the project,by adopting the construction technology of door-type mobile support system,the key processes such as platform fabrication,walking system treatment and template support erection are comprehensively introduced,which realizes the high-quality and high-efficiency completion of the rail roof air duct project of urban rail transit station.
