摘要 烟台大学环境与材料工程学院(以下简称学院)深入贯彻党中央对研究生教育开展深化产教融合的要求,先试先行,率先开展政府、企业、高校三方联动培养模式,实现研究生教育与产业对接、教学与工程应用对接,面向胶东半岛产业集群,发挥人才教育优势。经过研究和探索,学院通过专业优化、课程优化、研究方向优化,推进目标导向,开拓应用型高水平大学研究生人才培养教育新模式,实现地方人才需求与高水平大学人才建设并轨双向提升。 School of Environmental and Material Engineering of Yantai University thoroughly implemented the requirements of the central government for deepening the integration of industry and education in graduate education,tried first and took the lead in carrying out the tripartite linkage training mode of government,enterprises and universities,realizing the connection between graduate education and industry,teaching and engineering application,facing the industrial cluster of Jiaodong Peninsula and gave full play to the advantages of talent education.Through research and exploration,the school promoted goal orientation through specialty optimization,curriculum optimization and research direction optimization,developed a new mode of postgraduate talent training and education in applied high-level universities,and realized the two-way improvement of local talent demand and high-level university talent construction.
