摘要
人工智能(Art i fi ci al Int el l i gence,AI)与医疗的结合是精准医保的开始,为医疗健康事业插上了智能翅膀。AI医疗将成为推动医疗产业创新发展的新引擎,为医药产业建设带来新的发展机遇,同时也对医学人才建设提出了新要求。该文介绍了AI在医疗领域的应用,提出了AI医疗背景下医学人才应具备的基本素质,分析了AI医学人才培养面临的问题,最后结合AI医疗的特点,从重塑专业、优化课程、构建多元化教学模式、打造优质人工智能师资队伍、共建共享实验室平台、建立科学性评价体系等方面出发进行改革,以培养复合型、应用型医学人才。
The combination of AI(Artificial Intelligence)and medical treatment is the beginning of precision medical insurance,which has inserted intelligent wings to the medical and health industry.AI medical treatment will become a new engine to promote the innovation and vigorous development of the medical industry.AI medical treatment brings new development opportunities to the construction of the medical industry,and at the same time puts forward new requirements for the construction of medical talents.This paper introduces the application of AI in the medical field,proposes the basic qualities that medical talents should have under the background of AI medical treatment,analyzes the problems faced in the training of AI medical talents,and finally combining the characteristics of AI medical treatment,conducts a reform from the following aspects:remolding specialty,optimizing curriculum,building diversified teaching mode,creating high-quality AI teachers,co-building and sharing laboratory platform,and establishing scientific evaluation system,so as to cultivate compound and applied medical talents.
