摘要
顶岗实习是高校实践教学的重要环节和过程,实习团支部是共青团基层组织的一种重要形式。在当前加强基层团组织建设的大背景下,研究实习团支部组织力建设意义深远,对加强团员先进性建设、提升顶岗实习管理水平、创新大学生思想政治教育模式都具有重要意义。在顶岗实习模式下,实习团支部组织力建设面临诸多挑战。该文从五个方面进行了较为系统的概括,按照问题导向思维,从加强校企合作、提高支部覆盖力、建章立制、"三性"建设、平台建设等方面出发,提炼实习团支部组织力建设的路径,力求实现创新。
On-post practice is an important link and process of practical teaching in colleges and universities. The League branch for practice is an important form of the grassroots organization of the Communist Youth League. Under the current background of strengthening the construction of the grassroots League organization, the research on the organizational strength construction of the League branch for practice has far-reaching significance and is of great significance to strengthening the advanced nature construction of league members, improving the level of on-post practice management, and to innovating the ideological and political education mode of college students. Under the mode of on-post practice, the organizational strength construction of the League branch for practice faces many challenges. This paper systematically summarizes the challenges from five aspects. According to the challenges, as well as the problem-oriented thinking, the ways to construct the organizational strength of the League branch for practice are refined from strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, improving the coverage of the branch, formulating regulations and systems, constructing three characteristics, and constructing the platform,striving to realization innovation.
