摘要
马豆沟露天钛矿开采深度较大,上部为土质边坡,下部为岩质边坡,采场边坡的稳定性直接关系到矿山的正常运营,也影响到其深部延伸开采设计的合理性,因此其边坡稳定性分析评价至关重要。根据现场工程地质条件和土体力学参数,采用有限差分法FLAC^(2D)岩土边坡分析软件建立边坡模型对其各个帮的边坡进行稳定性计算分析。分别计算了在自重、自重+地震状态2种工况条件下的边坡安全系数,结果表明:该露天矿终了境界边坡处于稳定状态,满足安全等级的要求,说明该终了采场设计的边坡结构参数具有一定的可行性和合理性,同时建议该矿山境界外设置截洪沟,加强排水工作,上部边坡处治采取植被复垦措施,为该露天矿的持续安全开采提供了指导依据。
The Madougou open-pit titanium mine has a large mining depth.The upper part is a soil slope and the lower part is a rock slope.The stability of the stope slope is directly related to the normal operation of the mine,and also affects the design of its deep extension mining.Reasonableness,so its slope stability analysis and evaluation is very important.According to on-site engineering geological conditions and soil mechanical parameters,the finite difference method FLAC^(2D) rock-soil slope analysis software is used to establish a slope model to calculate and analyze the stability of the slopes of each side.The safety factors of the slope under two conditions of self-weight,self-weight+earthquake were calculated.The results show that the slope of the open-pit mine is in a stable state and meets the requirements of the safety level.The slope structure parameters have certain feasibility and rationality.At the same time,it is recommended to set up a flood interception ditch outside the boundary of the mine,to strengthen drainage work,and take vegetation reclamation measures for the upper slope treatment,which provides a guiding basis for the continuous and safety mining of the open-pit mine.
