基于EVD的机场路基分层压实度快速检测 被引量:6

摘要 传统机场路基压实度检测存在耗时长、破坏性大等问题,压实质量往往难以得到有效评价。为实现机场路基压实质量快速无损检测,本文通过构建压实度与动态变形模量的相关关系,利用EVD(Dynamic Deformation Modulus)检测技术对压实质量进行快速无损检测,并分析不同碾压遍数以及不同碾压位置的动态变形模量E_(vd)的分布差异性。本文以某通用机场飞行区扩建项目部分机场路基施工段为例,结果表明:(1)利用检测点E_(vd)进行压实度表征是可行的;(2)同一碾压遍数的不同位置压实质量存在一定差异,其碾压施工长度方向比宽度方向不均匀性大;(3)随着碾压遍数的增加,非薄弱区E_(vd)随之增大,薄弱区E_(vd)越来越小,可通过EVD检测及时对潜在薄弱区域进行识别并采取换填措施。研究结果可为现场压实质量快速无损检测提供一定参考。 Traditional runway subgrade compaction detection has problems such as long time-consuming and high destructiveness,and the quality of compaction is often difficult to evaluate effectively.In order to achieve rapid non-destructive testing of the compaction quality of runway roadbeds,this paper constructs the correlation between compaction degree and dynamic deformation modulus,uses EVD(Dynamic Deformation Modulus)testing technology to conduct rapid non-destructive testing of compaction quality,and analyzes different rolling passes and differences distribution of location of dynamic deformation modulus(E_(vd)).The results show that:(1)it is feasible to use the E_(vd) of the detection point to characterize compaction degree;(2)there is a certain difference in the compaction quality at different positions of the same rolling pass,and the length direction of rolling construction is more uneven than the width direction;(3)as the number of rolling passes increases,the E_(vd) of the non-weak area increases,and the E_(vd) of the weak area becomes smaller and smaller.The potential weak area can be identified in time through EVD detection technology and replacement measures can be taken.It provides a certain reference for the rapid non-destructive testing of on-site compaction quality.
