渤海S油田聚驱中后期复合增效体系研究 被引量:1

Study on the compound synergistic system in the middle and late stages of polymer flooding in Bohai S oilfield

摘要 渤海S油田属于非均质性较强的油藏,自化学驱以来一直单一聚合物段塞注入,较易出现剖面反转,即注入液沿高渗层突进,而低渗层动用程度较低的现象,一旦水流优势通道形成,含水将快速回升,导致聚驱有效期变短。针对以上问题,优选与聚驱油田油藏相匹配的普通聚合物、界面活性聚合物体系、速溶凝胶体系分别与增粘型粘弹颗粒相组合形成3套复合增效体系,并开展增粘性粘弹颗粒与3套复合增效体系的静态性能评价、调堵性能评价及驱油实验研究。驱油实验过程中,为了保证增效体系的驱油效果,特在聚驱增效体系之前注入弱凝胶调剖段塞,形成调剖十增效的组合提效方法,形成适合海上注聚油田的复合增效组合调驱技术体系。最后优选出性能较优的粘弹颗粒P4,并以此为主剂复配形成的3套复合增效体系;经考察3套复合体系的静态性能及调堵性能,均满足目标油田调驱要求;APP4增效体系、交联聚合物增效体系、界面活性聚合物增效体系3套复合增效体系的驱油效率均较高,相对聚驱提高采出程度分别为13.85%、10.58%和12.61%。 Bohai Soilfield is a reservoir with strong heterogeneity.Since chemical flooding,it has been injected with a single polymer slug,which was prone to profile inversion,that is,the injection fluid bursts along the high-permeability layer while the low-permeability layer was produced.With a lower phenomenon,once the dominant channel of water flow was formed,the water content will rise rapidly,resulting in a shorter effective period of polymer flooding.In view of the above problems,this article prefered to combine ordinary polymers,interfacial active polymer systems,and instant gel systems that were compatible with polymer flooding oil reservoirs with viscosity-increasing viscoelastic particles to form three sets of composite synergistic systems,and carry out enhancements.Static performance evaluation of viscous viscoelastic particles and three sets of composite synergistic system,evaluation of plugging control performance and oil displacement experiment research.During the oil displacement experiment,in order to ensure the oil displacement effect of the synergistic system,it was especially before the polymer flooding synergistic system.Inject a weak gel profile control slug to form a combined efficiency improvement method of profile control+synergy.While adjusting the injection profile,it can improve the water-oil mobility ratio and play the synergistic effect of the compound synergistic system“regulation”and“displacement”.To achieve the purpose of restraining the rise of water cut,improving the effect of polymer injection development,and enhancing the recovery rate of polymer flooding,a composite synergistic combination control and flooding technology system suitable for offshore polymer injection oil fields was formed.In the end,the article selected the viscoelastic particles P4 with better performance,and used it as the main agent to form three sets of composite synergistic systems;the static performance and plugging control performance of the three sets of composite systems were investigated,and they all met the target oilfield profile control and flooding performance.Requirements:AP-P4 synergistic system,cross-linked polymer synergistic system,and interfacial polymer synergistic system have high oil displacement efficiency,and the relative polymer flooding increases the recovery degree by 13.85%,10.58%and 12.61%.
