摘要
目的:测定复方鲜竹沥液中活性成分2,6-二甲氧基苯酚的含量。方法:采用ACE-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长201 nm。结果:进样量在0.043~0.43μg之间的2,6-二甲氧基苯酚具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:本研究建立的方法稳定可靠,可控性强,可用于复方鲜竹沥液2,6-二甲氧基苯酚成分的含量测定。
Objective:Determination of active component 2,6-dimethoxyphenolin fufang xianzhuli ye.Methods:Using ACE-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),Acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was 30℃;the detection wavelength was 201 nm.Results:The injection amount of 2,6-dimethoxyphenol was 0.043~0.43μg(r=0.9999),showing a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 97.3%,and the RSD was 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion:The established method in this study has high sensitivity,good repeatability and strong specificity,and the method can be used for the determination of the content of 2,6-dimethoxyphenol in fufang xianzhuli ye.
