量化式评价临床路径教学法在手术室护理中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨量化式评价临床路径教学法在手术室护理教学中效果及师生满意度分析。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月杭州市余杭区第一人民医院176名手术室护生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组88例。观察组采用量化式评价临床路径带教方式,对照组采用临床路径带教方式。带教结束后,比较两组理论和实践操作成绩;运用调查问卷法对教学满意度、学习满意度及配合满意度等方面进行调查。结果观察组理论和实践操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教师对护生学习满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医生对护生配合满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论量化式评价临床路径带教方式,可提高教师对护生带教学习效果,为临床护理带教模式在实践应用中推广提供理论依据。 Objective To investigate the effect of the quantitative evaluation on clinical pathway teaching method in operating room nursing and satisfaction analysis of teachers and students.Methods A total of 176 operating room nursing students in the First People’s Hospital of Yuhang District of Hangzhou from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 88 cases in each group.The observation group used quantitative evaluation clinical pathway teaching method,and the control group used clinical pathway teaching method.After the teaching,the theoretical and practical performance of two groups were compared,questionnaire was used to investigate teaching satisfaction,learning satisfaction and cooperation satisfaction.Results The theoretical and practical performance of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing students’learing satisfaction of teacher in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing students’corrdination satisfaction degree of doctors in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative evaluation of clinical pathway teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of nursing students and provide theoretical basis for the promotion of clinical nursing teaching mode in practice.
