高水材料瓦斯封孔性能研究

摘要 为解决传统水泥基封孔材料封孔不密实、瓦斯抽采浓度低等问题,研发了高水材料封孔剂,对高水封孔材料凝结时间、单轴抗压强度及渗透性进行了测试,并在阳泉新景矿进行了工业性试验。结果表明:采用高水材料封孔能有效提升瓦斯抽采浓度。 In order to solve the problems of non-compactness of traditional cement-based sealing materials and low concentration of gas drainage,a sealing agent of high water material was developed.The setting time,uniaxial compressive strength and permeability of high water sealing materials were tested,and industrial tests were carried out in Yangquan Xinjing Mine.The results show that sealing with high water content material can effectively improve the concentration of gas drainage.
