PCBN车刀结构与切削用量的优化及试验研究

摘要 基于自制的PCBN材料性能参数,建立了焊接式60°刀尖角车刀模型,利用Deform软件仿真车刀精车45#淬火钢外圆,通过对比刀具的平均主切削力、应力场、温度场,获得最优结构参数为:前角γ_(0)=-10°、后角α_(0)=20°、主偏角κ_(r)=60°、刃倾角λ_(0)=0°、刀尖圆弧半径r_(s)=0.5 mm、钝圆半径ρ=0.1 mm;并得到切削用量参数切削速度v_(c)=60 m/min、进给量f=0.05 mm/r、背吃刀量a_(p)=0.15 mm时,车刀使用寿命最长;当切削速度v_(c)=250 m/min、进给量f=0.05 mm/r、背吃刀量a_(p)=0.25 mm时,45^(#)淬火钢外圆的表面粗糙度值最小。按最优结构参数制作PCBN车刀并进行切削试验,结果表明,采用自制PCBN材料制作的焊接式车刀切削性能优于市售同类型PCBN车刀。 A model of welded external turning tool(60°)was established based on the performance parameters of self⁃made PCBN material,and then the Deform software was adopted to simulate the fine⁃turning of external rounded surface of quenched 45^(#)steel.Based on the comparison of the main average cutting force,stress field and temperature field,the optimal structure parameters were obtained as follows:front clearance angleγ_(0)=-10°,end relief angleα_(0)=20°,main deflection angleκr=60°,cutting edge inclinationλ_(0)=0°and nose radius r_(s)=0.5 mm,rounded cutting edge radius_(ρ)=0.1 mm.Besides,it is found that a turning tool can have a longest service life with the cutting speed v_(c)=60 m/min,the feed f=0.05 mm/r and the back engagement of cutting edge a_(p)=0.15 mm,while the quenched 45^(#)steel can have a minium surface roughness with the cutting speed v_(c)=250 m/min,the feed f=0.05 mm/r and the back engagement of cutting edge a_(p)=0.25 mm.PCBN turning tools were fabricated with the optimal structure parameters,and then used in a cutting experiment.The results show that the cutting performance of the welded turning tool made of such self⁃made PCBN material is better than that of the same type of commercial PCBN turning tool.
