摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环结合Mini-CEX量表在医院检验科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月—2020年12月在某医院检验科实习的医学检验专业80名实习生,随机分为对照组和研究组;对照组采用传统的教学方法进行实习带教和管理,研究组将PDCA循环运用于临床实习教学过程中;采用Mini-CEX量表对实习生进行临床综合能力评估。结果PDCA循环法教学和管理的实习生出科理论考试、临床操作技能、Mini-CEX考核评分和学生对带教老师的综合评价及对临床教学的满意程度均明显高于传统教学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环结合Mini-CEX量表的应用,可有效提高医学检验科实习教学效果,也能使教学管理质量得到持续提升,更好地服务于临床。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle combined with Mini-CEX scale in clinical practice teaching in hospital laboratory.Methods A total of 80 medical laboratory interns who practiced in the laboratory of a hospital from June 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an research group.The control group used traditional teaching methods for practice teaching and management,and the research group used the PDCA cycle in the clinical practice teaching process.The Mini-CEX scale was used to evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of interns.Results The interns in the PDCA cycle method of teaching and management were subject to theoretical examinations,clinical operation skills,Mini-CEX assessment scores,and students'comprehensive evaluation of teachers and their satisfaction with clinical teaching were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle combined with the Mini-CEX scale can effectively improve the teaching effect of clinical laboratory practice,and can also continuously improve the quality of teaching management and better serve the clinic.
