摘要
目的探讨在医院西药房实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月在该院进行西医治疗的患者3780例作为研究对象,将2018年5月—2019年5月的西药治疗患者的拿药数据作为该次研究的对照组,实施传统的西药房管理制度;将2019年5月—2020年5月的西药治疗的患者的拿药数据作为该次研究的观察组,实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度。对两组患者在治疗期间西药房的给药出错率、患者等待时间和患者满意度进行对比。结果观察组患者在治疗期间的给药出错率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的取药时间明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对管理人员专业素养不到位、管理环节缺乏连接性和严谨性、西药房药品分类不明确等问题的反馈情况明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对于取药全过程的满意度明显高于对照组患者,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品分类管理及药品监管制度可以有效降低配药人员的给药出错率,减少患者取药时间,提高患者对取药全过程的满意度和改善西药房管理中存在的问题,在医院西药房管理中具有积极影响。
Objective To explore the application value of implementing rational drug classification and drug supervision system in hospital western pharmacies.Methods 3780 patients who underwent western medicine treatment in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The drug-taking data of patients treated with western medicine from May 2018 to May 2019 was used as the control group of this study,and the traditional western pharmacy management system was implemented.The drug taking data of patients treated with western medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 will be used as the observation group for this study,and a reasonable classification of drugs and a drug supervision system will be implemented.The error rate,waiting time and satisfaction of patients in western pharmacies were compared between the two groups of patients during treatment.Results The error rate of medication in the observation group during the treatment period was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of taking medicine in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The feedback of patients in the observation group on problems such as insufficient professionalism of management personnel,lack of connectivity and rigor in management,and unclear classification of drugs in Western pharmacies was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group for the whole process of taking medicine was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The classification management of drugs and the drug supervision system can effectively reduce the error rate of drug dispensers,reduce the time for patients to take medicines,improve patients'satisfaction with the whole process of taking medicines,and improve the problems existing in the management of western pharmacies.It has a positive influence in the management of western pharmacies in hospitals.
