摘要
随着肿瘤治疗的进展,临床上对肿瘤诊治的质控需求成为当务之急。基于真实世界数据开展的真实世界研究,以及所产生的真实世界证据,已对医疗卫生决策的多个领域产生了广泛而深远的影响。同质、均一、稳定的原始数据是所有后续研究的基石和根本保证。因此,对肿瘤诊治过程中的质量控制显得至关重要。真实世界数据的多源性特征决定了需要在诊治过程中对合理性、准确性、完整性和规范性等方面进行质控。国家卫健委主导的质控中心工作从行政走向学科,促使肿瘤诊治的规范化、同质化,让医疗服务可核查、可追溯、可比较,为真实世界原始数据的质量提供了重要保证;可以从整体上全面提升真实世界研究质量。
With the progress of tumor treatment,the clinical quality control requirements for tumor diagnosis and treatment have become a top priority.Real-world research based on real-world data and the real-world evidence generated have had a wide-ranging and far-reaching impact on many areas of medical and health decision-making.Homogeneous,uniform,and stable original data are the cornerstone and fundamental guarantee of all follow-up studies.Therefore,the quality control in the process of tumor diagnosis and treatment is very important.The multi-source characteristics of real-world data determine the need for quality control in terms of rationality,accuracy,completeness,and standardization in the diagnosis and treatment process.The work of the quality control center led by the National Health Commission has moved from administration to discipline,promoting the standardization and homogeneity of tumor diagnosis and treatment,making medical services verifiable,traceable,and comparable,and providing an important guarantee for the quality of real-world raw data.It can improve the quality of real-world research as a whole.
