摘要
目的研究以问题为导向的教学方法(problem based learning,PBL)在直肠癌护理带教中的应用。方法选取2020年1—12月间在该院肿瘤科实习的51名护理专业实习生作为观察组,运用PBL教学方法;选取2019年1—12月间在该院肿瘤科实习的51名护理专业实习生作为对照组,运用基于授课学习方法(LBL),评价两组教学效果。结果观察组理论知识平均为(28.10±0.40)分、操作技能平均为(27.56±0.42)分、临床思维成绩平均为(37.11±1.25)分;对照组理论知识平均为(24.33±0.60)分、操作技能平均为(23.89±0.70)分、临床思维成绩平均为(32.15±1.30)分;观察组理论知识、操作技能、临床思维成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有助于知识理解、提高学习积极性、勇于提出问题、敢于分享个人观点、提高查阅文献能力、信赖自己处理问题能力、对护理工作做出合理评价、了解护士的责任和义务评价占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生满意度94.12%,高于对照组72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床直肠癌护理带教中应用PBL教学方法可提高实习生理论、操作能力,教学效果乐观,实习生对教学满意度评价高。
Objective To analyze the application of problem based learning(PBL)in rectal cancer nursing teaching.Methods A total of 51 nursing interns who practiced in the oncology department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were included as the observation group,used PBL teaching methods.The 51 nursing interns who practiced in the oncology department of the hospital from January to December 2019 were included as a control group,and the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated using the teaching-based learning method(LBL).Results The average theoretical knowledge of the observation group was(28.10±0.40)points,the average operation skill was(27.56±0.42)points,and the average clinical thinking score was(37.11±1.25)points.The average theoretical knowledge of the control group was(24.33±0.60)points,the average operation skills were(23.89±0.70)points,and the average clinical thinking scores were(32.15±1.30)points.The observation group's theoretical knowledge,operating skills,and clinical thinking scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group helps to understand knowledge,improve learning enthusiasm,have the courage to ask questions,dare to share personal opinions,improve the ability to consult literature,trust in their ability to deal with problems,make a reasonable evaluation of nursing work,and understand the responsibility and obligation of nurses,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of interns in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 72.55% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in clinical rectal cancer nursing teaching can improve the theory and operation ability of interns,and the teaching effect is optimistic.Interns have high evaluation of teaching satisfaction.
